Ram Bandhu “Har Koi Jeetega – Scan & Win” Promotional Campaign
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before participating. By participating in this Promotional Campaign (the “Offer”), each participant (“Participant”) expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (these “T&C”), the Privacy Policy and any other rules, instructions or guidelines published by the Organizers on the campaign microsite (www.rambandhuoffer.com) from time to time.
1. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION
1.1. In these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
1.2. Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and words importing any gender shall include all genders.
1.3. Headings are for ease of reference only and shall not affect interpretation of these T&C.
2. AGREEMENT TO T&C INCORPORATION OF PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. These T&C together with the Privacy Policy available on the Microsite constitute the entire agreement between the Organizers and the Participant in relation to the Offer. By participating in the Offer the Participant agrees to be bound by these T&C and the terms of the Privacy Policy.
2.2. The Participant expressly confirms that he/she has read and understood how personal data shall be collected, processed, retained and shared in connection with the Offer as detailed in the Privacy Policy on the Microsite and hereby gives express consent thereto. If the Participant does not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Participant shall not participate in the Offer.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Offer is open only to natural persons who: (a) are resident citizens of India; and (b) have attained the age of eighteen (18) years as on the date of participation.
3.2. The Offer is not open to: (a) persons resident outside India; (b) residents of the State of Tamil Nadu; and (c) employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Organizers, their affiliates, distributors, retailers, vendors, advertising or promotion agencies, and any member of their immediate families.
3.3. By participating, the Participant represents and warrants that all information submitted by the Participant in connection with the Offer is true, accurate and complete and that he/she has the authority to provide the information and to accept these T&C on his/her own behalf.
4. OFFER TIMINGS; GENERAL RULES
4.1. Only entries (registrations) received by the Organizers during the Offer Period will be eligible. The time of receipt recorded by the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
4.2. The Offer cannot be clubbed or combined with any other offer, promotion, scheme or discount unless expressly announced by the Organizers in writing.
4.3. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry for any reason (including but not limited to suspected fraud, manipulation or breach of these T&C) at any time at their sole discretion.
5. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS; PACK & CODE
5.1. The Offer is valid only on selected Promotional Pack SKUs and flavours of Ram Bandhu Pickle Jar as determined by the Organizers. This Offer is valid only at selected stores. For clarity:
5.2. The Unique Code is printed under the foil/seal of the Promotional Pack. The Participant must carefully remove the foil to reveal the Unique Code. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or illegibility of the Unique Code caused by improper opening, tearing, scraping or other misuse of the Promotional Pack by the Participant.
5.3. Tampering, splicing, copying, reproducing, forging or otherwise manipulating codes or Promotional Packs shall lead to automatic disqualification and may attract civil and criminal liability. The Organizers reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies in such cases.
6. CODE VALIDITY & USAGE
6.1. Each Unique Code is valid for one (1) time use only. Duplicate usage of the same Unique Code shall be rejected.
6.2. Multiple Unique Codes may be used by a Participant subject to the maximum cashback/redemption limits set out herein and provided each Unique Code is valid and unused.
6.3. Each participant shall be eligible for a maximum of four (4) cashback redemptions during the Offer Period, provided that not more than one (1) cashback redemption may be availed in any calendar month.
7. HOW TO PARTICIPATE; REGISTRATION PROCESS
7.1. To participate, a Participant must: (a) purchase an eligible Promotional Pack during the Offer Period; (b) carefully remove the foil to reveal the Unique Code; (c) scan the QR code on the Promotional Pack or visit the Microsite; and (d) enter the Unique Code and the requested personal details (name, mobile number, city, state, UPI ID) and complete OTP verification.
7.2. By submitting the registration form the Participant: (a) confirms the Unique Code is genuine and has not been previously used; (b) agrees to these T&C and the Privacy Policy; and (c) authorizes the Organizers to process the Participant’s personal data for the purposes of administering the Offer.
7.3. The Participant is solely responsible for the correctness and completeness of the details provided at registration. The Organizers shall not be liable for any loss or failure to deliver the prize or cashback due to incorrect information (including incorrect UPI ID).
8. ASSURED CASHBACK — TERMS
8.1. Every valid registration will receive assured cashback between ₹5 and ₹200 as displayed on the success/confirmation screen and via SMS upon successful registration.
8.2. Cashback shall be credited only to the UPI ID provided at the time of registration. The UPI ID once entered cannot be changed. The Organizers shall not be liable for failed payments due to incorrect UPI details.
8.3. Cashback shall be processed and credited within 24–48 hours from the time of successful registration, subject to payment partner processing timelines and banking hours.
8.4. The Participant acknowledges that the Payment Processing Partner may refuse or reverse transactions that it deems fraudulent and/or in breach of its policies. The Organizers shall not be responsible for such refusals or reversals.
9. LUCKY DRAW PRIZES — DESCRIPTION & QUANTUM
9.1. Lucky draw prizes during the Offer Period shall comprise (unless otherwise changed by the Organizers):
9.2. The Organizers reserve the right to alter the number, variety, value or specification of prizes for operational or logistical reasons; in such event the Organizers shall substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value.
10. WINNER SELECTION, ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION
10.1. Winners shall be selected by a random computerized draw conducted by the Organizers or an independent auditor/agency engaged by the Organizers. The Organizers’ decision on winner selection shall be final and binding.

11. WINNER VERIFICATION; DOCUMENTS; FORFEITURE
11.1. All winners are provisional and subject to verification (including KYC) by the Organizers. Winners must provide such documents and information as may be requested by the Organizers including, at a minimum, a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) card and AADHAAR card issued by the Government of India, valid address proof, within the timeframe specified in the winner notification (which shall be not less than seven (7) working days unless otherwise specified).
11.2. If the winner fails to submit satisfactory KYC documents within the stipulated time, or if the Organizers determine (in their sole discretion) that the winner is ineligible or has breached these T&C, the prize shall be forfeited and the Organizers may, at their discretion, select an alternate winner.
11.3. Prizes will be delivered only after the Organizers are satisfied with the verification and subject to clearance of any applicable tax deduction including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and compliance with applicable law.
12. PRIZE FULFILLMENT; DELIVERY; TAXES
12.1. Gold Voucher Prize: Gold Vouchers shall be supplied by Tanishq Jewellers. Voucher codes will be issued by the Supplier and are subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions. Each Voucher Code is redeemable only at any Tanishq Jewellers stores in India and is not redeemable on purchases of gold coins, diamond coins, or silver coins. The voucher code shall be valid till 28th February, 2026, after which it shall automatically lapse without any obligation on the part of the Organizers or Supplier. Voucher codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and may be redeemed only once and in a single transaction. The original voucher code SMS, in its unaltered and untampered condition, must be presented at the time of redemption at the store. The Organizers and Supplier reserve the right to verify and reject any voucher code deemed invalid, tampered or misused. All taxes, levies and charges (if any) applicable on redemption of Gold Vouchers shall be borne by the winner.
12.2. iPhone Prize:
12.2.1. The Organizers disclaim any ownership or Intellectual Property Rights over the iPhone prize. “iPhone” is a registered trademark of Apple Inc., and all rights therein are owned by Apple Inc.
12.2.2. The iPhone prize cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is delivered in a damaged condition. In case the iPhone is received in damaged condition at the time of delivery, the winner must contact the manufacturer/service provider directly for resolution.
12.2.3. The general warranty and guarantee terms of the iPhone manufacturer shall apply in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy. The Organizers shall not be responsible or liable for any issues, claims, or disputes arising out of or incidental to the warranty and guarantee provided by the manufacturer.
12.2.4. The delivery of the iPhone will be undertaken by the Agency on an address-specific dispatch basis. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that the correct and complete delivery address is provided, and that appropriate persons at the delivery location are informed in advance. The Agency shall not be liable for non-receipt of the prize in cases where delivery has been made to another individual at the registered address, or due to delivery refusal, incomplete or incorrect address or unserviceable PIN codes. No dispatch shall be made to addresses outside India.
12.2.5. The iPhone will be delivered to the winner within twenty-one (21) working days from confirmation of the delivery address, subject to serviceable PIN codes. In the event of unforeseen delays, the winner will be notified via SMS.
12.2.6. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizers make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, performance, or merchantability of the iPhone. All warranty-related claims must be directed solely to the manufacturer in accordance with its terms and conditions.
12.2.7. No requests for changes in colour, brand, model, or specifications will be entertained once the iPhone has been delivered.
12.2.8. In the event the iPhone is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to reasons including, but not limited to, incomplete address, incorrect address, wrong PIN code, non-availability of the participant, refusal to accept delivery, or any other participant-related reason, the delivery will not be re-attempted and the prize will be deemed forfeited without any further obligation on the Organizers or Agency.
12.2.9. The cost of the iPhone prize shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. The Organizers’ appointed agency, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., shall bear and discharge all applicable taxes including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) in accordance with Indian law. Appropriate tax certificates shall be issued to the winner wherever required.
12.3 – Car Prize Redemption & Delivery
No accessories, additional fittings, or further service charge add-ons will be provided by the Organizers.
13. DISQUALIFICATION; FRAUD PREVENTION
13.1. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any Participant or winner at any stage if: (a) the Participant tampers with the entry process; (b) the Participant uses multiple registrations in a manner contrary to these T&C; (c) the Participant uses automated bots or scripts to participate; (d) the Participant provides false, misleading or fraudulent information; or (e) the Organizers reasonably suspect fraud or manipulation.
13.2. In the event of disqualification, the Participant shall have no recourse against the Organizers and any prize so awarded shall be forfeited.
13.3. Any suspected fraud will lead to disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
14. PARTICIPANT REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES & INDEMNITY
14.1. The Participant represents and warrants that: (a) he/she is eligible to participate; (b) all information provided is true, accurate and complete; and (c) the Participant has read and accepted these T&C and the Privacy Policy.
14.2. The Participant shall fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organizers and their officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, losses, costs (including reasonable legal costs), expenses, claims or damages arising out of or in connection with (a) breach of any representation or warranty herein; (b) fraudulent entry or conduct by the Participant; or (c) any third-party claim related to the Participant’s participation or use of the Prize.
15. DATA RIGHTS; PRIVACY; CONSENT
15.1. The Participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read these T&C and the Privacy Policy on the Microsite, and understands: (a) how to enter the Offer; and (b) the Organizers’ practices in relation to collection, retention, processing and sharing of personal data.
15.2. By participating, the Participant expressly agrees to the collection, use, retention and sharing of his/her personal data by the Organizers (and their authorized service providers and partners) for the purposes of administering the Offer, including but not limited to registration, verification, distribution of prizes, fraud prevention, audit, record keeping, statutory reporting and marketing, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15.3. The Participant confirms that he/she has no objection to such collection and processing of data. If the Participant does not consent to the collection or processing of personal data in the manner described in the Privacy Policy, the Participant should opt-out by refraining from participating in the Offer.
15.4. The Organizers may, in their sole discretion, share Participant data with prize suppliers, courier partners, payment processors and as otherwise required by law. The Organizers will ensure such third parties are bound to applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.
16. USE OF PARTICIPANT NAME, LIKENESS & PUBLICITY
16.1. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Offer constitutes the Participant’s consent to the Organizers’ use of the Participant’s name, city, photograph, voice and/or statements for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Offer, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional consideration, notice or further consent.
16.2. The Organizers shall obtain additional consent prior to any commercial exploitation beyond reasonable promotional use.
17. ORGANIZERS’ CONDUCT; NO PAYMENT REQUESTS
17.1. The Organizers will never (a) demand or solicit any advance payment or ask the Participant to make any payment or charge to claim a prize; or (b) request the Participant to provide full financial details of any bank account, debit/credit card number, CVV or OTP; or (c) ask the Participant to click suspicious external links or subscribe to third-party services in order to claim the prize. The only information required for registration is the basic personal information on the Microsite reached by scanning the QR code on the Promotional Pack.
17.2. Any request purporting to be from the Organizers for payments or financial information should be treated as fraudulent and immediately reported to the Organizers at the contact details set out below.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
18.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, artworks, slogans, characters, packaging designs, photographs, videos, jingles, advertising materials, and any other creative content used in connection with this promotion, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Organizers and/or their licensors. No Participant or third party is permitted to reproduce, copy, adapt, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or otherwise use any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Organizers.
18.2. Images of Promotional Packs and prizes used in any advertisements or promotional materials, whether in television, TV commercials (TVCs), print, radio, outdoor, point-of-sale, digital media, social media, influencer content, emailers, or any other medium, are for illustrative purposes only. The actual Promotional Packs and prizes may differ in appearance, colour, specification, packaging, size, or other particulars. Such illustrative images and representations are not contractual and shall not form part of these T&C, nor shall they give rise to any claim, demand, or legal action against the Organizers.
18.3. The Organizers shall not be held liable for any advertising, promotional message, or marketing communication relating to the Promotion that is:
18.4. All trademarks, logos, trade names and service marks appearing on Promotional Packs, advertising materials and the Microsite are the property of their respective owners. Participants do not gain any ownership or rights over these by taking part in the Offer.
18.5. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizers may use their name, image, voice, photograph, video, or other likeness in any promotional, marketing, or publicity material related to this Promotion, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER
19.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizers (and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents and representatives) shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss or damage; (b) any loss of data, loss of profit, goodwill, anticipated savings or business interruption; or (c) any claims arising out of or in connection with any third-party products or services provided as prizes.
19.2. The Organizers’ total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall, in any event, be limited to the value of the prize actually awarded to the winner in respect of which the claim arises.
19.3. Nothing in these T&C shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by the Organizers’ negligence where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
20.1. The Organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations due to any cause beyond their reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, pandemic, strikes, civil commotion, acts of government, technical failures, courier or supplier delays, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances the Organizers may, at their discretion, modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Offer.
21. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
21.1. The Organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Offer (or any component thereof) at any time without prior notice for any reason (including for regulatory, operational or security reasons). Any such modification, suspension or termination shall be posted on the Microsite. Participants agree that the Organizers shall have no liability to Participants as a result of any such action.
22. RECORDS, AUDIT & COMPLIANCE
22.1. The Organizers shall maintain records of entries and winner selection and such records shall be final and conclusive in the absence of manifest error. The Organizers reserve the right to engage an independent auditor to verify compliance with these T&C. Participation in the Offer constitutes a waiver of any right to inspect or contest such records except by formal legal process.
23. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION
23.1. These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
23.2. Subject to Clause 23.3 below, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C or the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
23.3. The Organizers may, at their sole discretion, require that any dispute be referred to mediation or arbitration prior to any court proceedings, provided that the Organizers’ right to seek urgent interim relief from a court is not prejudiced.
24. SEVERABILITY; WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
24.1. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part will be removed, but the rest of the Terms & Conditions will remain fully valid and effective.
24.2. If the Organizers do not immediately use or enforce any right, power, or remedy under these Terms & Conditions, it does not mean they have waived or permanently given up that right, power, or remedy.
24.3. These Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms published on the Microsite, together form the complete and final agreement between the Organizers and the Participant regarding the Offer.
25. NOTICES & CONTACT
25.1. All communications, enquiries or complaints relating to the Offer must be directed to the Agency at: customercare@4mm.co.in or +91 95119 48588 (Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
25.2. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any communications lost, delayed or misdirected.
26. MISCELLANEOUS
26.1. The Organizers may, at their discretion, require the winner to appear in publicity or promotional materials. The Participant agrees to cooperate in such activities and shall hold the Organizers harmless against any claims arising from participation in such publicity or from any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
26.2. These T&C may be translated into vernacular languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English text and any translation, the English text shall prevail.
26.3. The Organizers recommend that Participants retain their Promotional Pack and purchase bill/receipt until conclusion of the Offer and final delivery of prizes.
By participating in the Offer the Participant acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy in full.
